25 Tips to lose weight

(1)First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon
(2)Drink lots of water through out the day  of all meals
(3)Drink lots of green tea and eliminate all  juice diet regular soft drink.

(4)Never ever eat sugar this also meaning thing whit pasta bread and 
potatoes
(5)Drink lots of green Tea (in morning: has natural caffeine) and eliminat
e all juice (except natural        pomegranate juice), diet and regular soft 
drinks. Drink only 1 cup  of coffee a day)
(6)Do not eat any thing of  7 pm
(7)Eat  5 small  meals a days
(8)Eat all the vegetable you want
(9)Fell good about who you are as you are . Acceptance is a key
(10)Do light wait training  for upper body 3 times week
(11)Get 8 hours sleep
